Marina Guledani is a financial services expert with over 15 years’ experience. She is a practitioner with
legal background, hands-on investment banking experience and in-depth knowledge of capital markets
products. Ms. Guledani has extensive public sector/government advisory and legislative work
experience covering capital markets, public pension system and power sectors.

A lawyer by training, Ms. Guledani holds a BA in International Law, LL.M in International Business Law.
She has undertaken graduate studies in UK, Netherlands and US. Ms. Guledani has professional
designation of Certified in Mergers & Acquisitions from Loyola University, Chicago.

In 2020 she graduated from IFC-Milken Capital Markets Program from George Washington University
and as part of the program worked on responsible asset allocation index/ESG investments with
Washington DC based organization New America.

Ms. Guledani is providing consulting services in investment banking, banking & finance and power
sectors.
Legal practitioner with over 15 years of hands-on investment banking experience and in-depth
knowledge of capital markets and structured finance products under CFS Investment Bank, Ms. Guledani
has been intensively engaged in diagnostic and developmental work related to Georgian capital markets,
including extensive approximation work related to EU acquis on capital markets and revision and
elaboration of the new securities legislation of the local market for past several years.

Ms. Guledani has over 15 years of multidisciplinary work experience with international donor organizations and international financial institutions (IFIs) in the capacity of staff as well as legal counsel, capital markets expert and power sector expert (United States Agency for International Development – USAID, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development – EBRD, Asian Development Bank – ADB, German development bank KfW, United Nations – UN), consulting and providing technical assistance to the public sector (Parliament of Georgia, Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development, Ministry of Finance of Georgia, Ministry of Energy of Georgia, Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources Protection, Oil and Gas Agency of Georgia, Georgian National Energy and Water Regulatory Commission) on power sector (hydro, regulatory, oil and gas), capital markets, public sector legislation (II and III pillar pension insurance legislation, local self-governance & decentralization, procurement, environmental law and more), Public Private Partnership (PPP) and other interrelated areas.
